Costs, Scholarships and Refunds

Here is a breakdown of the registration options for the 222nd Annual Meeting of the Vermont Conference, United Church of Christ.

Late registration fee of $25 now in effect. Registrations will not be accepted after April 22nd.
Registration only (no meals): $60
Friday only (registration, lunch and dinner on Friday): $142
Saturday only (registration, breakfast and lunch on Saturday): $110
Complete package (registration, all meals from Friday lunch through Saturday lunch): $192

Registration closes on April 22nd.

Please note: Annual Meeting Registration DOES NOT INCLUDE lodging.

A limited number of scholarships are available for financial need. Please contact Jesse Davis to receive the code to enter on the registration page for a scholarship.

If you need to cancel your registration, please contact Jesse Davis to do so. Refunds are available until April 15th. The refunds will be your registration fee minus the credit card processing charge the Vermont Conference incurs.
